    3. RATES & PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Prices are given in euros (\u20ac) and are as follows INCL. VAT<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Payment is made by bank transfer, credit card, or via a secure platform (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • All orders must be paid for in accordance with the agreed terms (payment with order, deposit, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • In the event of late payment, penalties may be applied in accordance with the legal rates in force.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Customized services<\/strong> In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, customized design services do not benefit from the right of withdrawal once they have begun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Physical products<\/strong> The buyer has a period of 14 days<\/strong> from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the product, provided it is in perfect condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        5. DELIVERY & PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Any delay does not give rise to a refund but to an adjustment of the conditions of service if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Final files are delivered in digital format (PDF, PNG, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • Happy Green Studio cannot be held responsible for inappropriate use of delivered content or for problems related to third-party services (e.g. web hosting).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Creations and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Happy Green Studio until full payment has been received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Any use, modification or reproduction without prior agreement is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              \n\n\n\n

              8. FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong>
              Neither party may be held responsible for any delay or non-performance of its obligations due to force majeure (natural disaster, health crisis, strike, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              9. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement will be preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
