2. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
Happy Green Studio offers :

  • Branding & Visual identity
  • Digital strategy
  • Eco-responsible product design
  • Personalized support

The essential characteristics of services and products are detailed on the site.

3. RATES & PAYMENT

  • Prices are given in euros (€) and are as follows INCL. VAT.
  • Payment is made by bank transfer, credit card, or via a secure platform (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  • All orders must be paid for in accordance with the agreed terms (payment with order, deposit, etc.).
  • In the event of late payment, penalties may be applied in accordance with the legal rates in force.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Customized services In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, customized design services do not benefit from the right of withdrawal once they have begun.
  • Physical products The buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the product, provided it is in perfect condition.

5. DELIVERY & PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES

  • Delivery times are given for information only.
  • Any delay does not give rise to a refund but to an adjustment of the conditions of service if necessary.
  • Final files are delivered in digital format (PDF, PNG, etc.).

6. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Happy Green Studio undertakes to provide services that meet the customer's expectations, within the limits of its expertise.
  • The customer is responsible for the use of the deliverables and for the accuracy of the information provided.
  • Happy Green Studio cannot be held responsible for inappropriate use of delivered content or for problems related to third-party services (e.g. web hosting).

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Creations and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Happy Green Studio until full payment has been received.
  • Any use, modification or reproduction without prior agreement is prohibited.

8. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party may be held responsible for any delay or non-performance of its obligations due to force majeure (natural disaster, health crisis, strike, etc.).

9. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

  • In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement will be preferred.
  • Failing this, the competent court will be the Saint-Nazaire District Court.
